I have junst been on flickr and have an email from schmap to say one of my photos from Belfast Zoo has been shortlisted for the Belfast schmap guide!

looks good but I don't think the 'pet' photo works - it's really hard, at least to my eyes, to pick out the subject from the background - are they rocks? They seem very similar in colour and texture to the dog, at least in that size and resolution, though of course they may be fine at full size.

Thanks for the advice jno. I completely agree with you, its seaweed behind the dog. I'm going to take a new photo at the weekend and change it, just got it on there in the meantime.
