Chief Rhino knitting pattern

My nephew is an avid Chief Rhino fan and I want to knit him (aged 4) a Chief Rhino junper for his birthday in a few months, but can't find a pattern anywhere.

The book was published only last year, so I don't think the knitting world would have caught up yet. Looks as if it might be a DIY job to transfer the picture to graph paper to use as a chart. The original has various hues and shades of the same colour, but you could dispense with that and have just one grey, one yellow etc to make it simpler.
Or look for a pattern depicting a character in a similar pose and adapt it. Suggest ebay for that.
