i don't know where else to put this question! Apologies if it's not right.
My husband has a waterproof jacket that he wears as part of his uniform at work. The compnay has now been taken over by someone else and they can't wear anything with the old logo on.
The jacket is warm and like new, so he would like to continue using it. The logo is sort of, within the actual fabric, so i can't remove it.
It is a waterproof regatta coat, so i don't really know how i would sew a patch over it. I thought of wunderweb but i wouldn't like to iron the fabric either!
I wondered if there was a patch you could get for tents that are sticky or something. It feels more like that kind of material.
Thanks
There is special fabric glue which you could use to stick the patch on.
Or take it to a professional tailor or seamstress and ask their suggestion.
There are also iron-on patches but do be careful how you use those because a very hot iron is required to 'stick' the patch on. The jacket could get scorched.
