i was very upset by the way they sent them, they were not in an urn, just a brown stapled bag with his name on it inside a box, when son was unwrapping it as it was sent by post, you could see little bits of ashes falling out,so we are off to rothesay next week end to say our final farewell, scatter his ashes and bring some closure on this.

When my husband died he left instructions for his ashes to be put into his grandparents' grave and for that we picked out a small coffin as well as the one he went into the crematorium in.. You would have thought whoever did the funeral would have told you all the options. It is very upsetting for things like this to happen. Hope things will go better for you in the future, kate.
i was trying to keep it as cheap as possible cause i had to come up with the money for it myself,i did not know i could get any help, but i am working on that now.so it was probably because it was a 'no frills'.it was a bit of a shock though, next week will be nice i am going to let some balloons off and throw flowers in the water.
