Non white British PM

Is there any upcoming non white person in any of the parties in the UK who shows promise of possibly becoming a future British PM. I have seen a young good looking black Tory, who has been wheeled out on occasion and impressed me with his pronouncements. Anyone know of any other hopefuls??

Paul Boateng is probably the most prominent non-white person in the government, but I think he's moving to a diplomatic role, and is therefore leaving parliament.
