My daughter Kerrie has the unusual middle name cydonia (my great grandmothers name)
my son Ryan has the middle name Harrison (after Harrison ford) my late hubby was a huge fan.

Nope.....pretty bog standard.

My eldest son might disagree though...his middle name is Edwin...and he hates it :-))
not that unusal but my daughter is called Andie after my brother Andy who was killed in an accident.She hates her name but understands why i called it her.

i had to laugh the other the other day, talking to an elderly lady who helps out at a nursery. she said 'i can't believe the names of some of the children...... one of them is called Liquorice and shes not even black. lol

I was most disheartened when I gave birth prematurely and the midwife asked, what are you naming her? I said Hazel - her reply- oh like the tree, thankfully she loves her name .
Edwin was his grandads middle name. I wouldn't give him his grandads first name (not my dad)
The guy who I think of as my son (although he's not biologically - long story!) is called Dax. (His middle name is Alexander - I doubt that many people have two Xs in their names!)
A woman I worked with had the middle name Arethusa, apparently it was the ship her father served on in WW2.
I've said it loads of times on here now but my grandad is Chestnut Hugh....my nan is Agnes Sinclaire.

He has a sister called Crayton.

Outside of my family I've never met anyone called Chestnut, Sinclaire or Crayton.

It's interesting, Ummmm, that your family has a lady called Crayton. The film director, Crayton Robey, is noted for his contribution to gay cinema but he's most definitely a fella' ;-)
One of my sister's ex boyfriends had the middle name Lancelot, lol. I quite like it.
She's definitely a lady. She's 89 now....and Chestnut is 87. The only two still alive out of 11.

Kerriesmum...lol....My dads side of the family have normal name. I think the most unusual is Bartholemew.
