Don't stay at the Manchester. All I can remember is the smell of greens when we walked in, swirly carpets, no windows in the dining room, having to pay before we saw the room (supposed to be an upgrade but you couldn't swing a cat), the smell of the diesel coaches running over underneath the room and the best thing was the set of false teeth my sister found under her chair in reception........
Gosh josaphine there are 100s and 100s. Do you know what sort of price/type she wants - 5star, chain, small privately owned?? Also does she want right in the heart of B'mth, near the sea?
To get away from it all, I'd go for BIG (!)

Personally, I find that "intimate" or "cosy" tends to mean ...

... a bit "in your face".

Prudie sorry I was a bit vague, she would like I think something by the sea, anything up to around £200 pound really for 3 nights, I felt so sorry for her when i spoke to her on the phone Husband is not being very nice, and so desperately needs a break to take her 15 year old daughter, It does not have to be in bournemouth but something near by, she is from the phillipenes ( spelt wrong) and not good on travel,
Check out Trip Advisor Josaphine.

It's a pity ttfn (Ena) is not about. She lives in Bournemouth I'm sure she would put you right.

Marriot ....
There are a couple along Westcliff that are great for the money.
Many there are very expensive.
Went to a wedding at the Tudor Grange- very nice and not too far from the sea.
