I have just been told that my ex-boyfriend was stabbed last night 3 times in the neck and is in intensive care.  I just wanted to say how annoyed and disgusted I am of all the violence that we are having to cope with these days.  It is totally un-exceptable and I think something more should be done about it..  Ok, moan over now.

i agree with you. There have been two stabbings around my area within a day of each other. It's scarey because this is supposed to be a good area, and always has been until this. It seems recently there's alot of stabbings. I hope he gets better.

Until about a year ago our suburb postal district of London was very peaceful.  Lately there have been quite a few nasty incidents and stabbings.  The crack-down on crime in the Kings Cross and other areas has just displaced the bad types out a bit further.  Same with all the suburbs.  I used to like our little High Road at any time but now it is dodgy to go around there some evenings and I don't go at all on Sunday afternoons/evenings.  All I can say is keep on at your MP - now you've got one again and local Councillors.  It's only the volume of complaints they get that make them do anything.
