Why Don't Asians Donate Organs?
30 Answers
Currently in the UK, 16% of people waiting for a donor organ are Asian. Less than 1% of the Asian population are on the organ donor register. There is nothing in any religion to say they cannot donate, and many often act as live donors to family members.

Todays children should grow up knowing that when someone dies their organs get donated.
As soon as my kids are old enough they will start giving blood. It's something we've always spoke about. So it's something they are happy to do (hopefully they don't turn out to be scared of needles)
