Just a quickie, it's doing my absolute head in

I watched a programme on TV last night about UFO conspiracies, BBC3 9pm.
There was a teeny tiny bit of music in it, and it's driving me mad what it was.
I'm at work, so can't be looking for a link to it, so I'll just describe it as best as I can. The programme didn't actually play much of the music, just the start of the song.
Lots of guitar. Sung by a bloke. Pretty sure the chorus has the words "where is my" or "where is the" in it. Not sure about the rest, but I absolutely frickin love it!

I've got headphones on, and can clearly hear the music starting at 39.13. Anyway, doesn't matter because...

Odd - that guitar bit was at 39:20 on my clip- even with my hearing aid in I can still hear just talking at 39:13.
