We live near that camp bloke off It Ain't Half Hot Mum who was recently teaching Dot Cotton to drive; John Major lives up the road and Hannah Waterman is quite near too.  Hardly the 'wow' factor - does anyone live near to any celebs?

Damian  hearst (is that how you spell it)lives in a village close by/also has a restuarant on the quay where i live.Charlie Watts (Rolling Stones)lives a few miles up the road.Joss stone lives 6 miles away.That camp bloke sunflower asked me the way to the pavillion a couple of years ago.He was driving quite an old green car.And the world pool champion drinks in my pub and i played him and didnt even get one shot in( :)

Yes, Roget Taylor from Queen Lives (or used to) up the road from me, Freddy Mercury was here often.  Denholm Elliot also just up the road, Kenneth Williams, Noel Gallagher,Leslie Phillips, Ursula Andress, Sean Connery, Diana Rigg, John Hurt, Nina (from Nina and Frederick) Frederick before he died and loads more when I get to remembering them.

I live in the same village as the Edges parents and I think U2 own a penthouse somewhere nearby.  Also Brendan Gleeson the actor, Ronan Keating,  Nicky Byrne from westlife.

I live about a mile and a half from Paul McCartney,and his farm;the farm where Linda's ashes were scattered.

I have seen him in Rye,and he is a "normal" friendly sort of guy.

Just down the road from Princess Anne.

Also Prince Charles not far away, Prince Michael of Kent, Anne Robinson, Jilly Cooper, Dag Pyke (went in powerboat with Richard Branson) plus quite a few others, but I think one princess & two princes probably beats all the others put together!

When I'm properly at home I live near SolarJunkie!  I can add to "our" list - Sharon Davies, the Brocklehurst-Dents (Liz Hurley goes to stay with them), Liz Hurley, Kate Moss, Sadie Frost, Kate Winslet oh, and Madonna is sending Lourdes to school in my home town. 

Best of all though.... Eddie the Eagle Edwards!!!

Oh - and the guy who was Oliver in THE film version of Oliver is now a chiropracter I think, in my home town.

Live in Chorley, Lancs - just around the corner from Ken Morley(Reg Holdsworth - Coronation Street) and in Manchester a couple of doors away lived Lucy Jo Hudson (Katy Harris - Coronation Street).

I was born in the road David Mckee, author of Mr Benn lived - Festing road in Putney. As you know, Mr Benn himself lived at number 52 Festive Road. The illustrations in the book look just like the real Festing Road. I think that means I can claim to have been born in a cartoon.

Billy Bremner and Jack Charlton used to live about 5 minutes walk away from me.  Also, Liz Dawn (Vera Duckworth) bought our last house from us in 1978>

I used to live down the road from Jay Kay and he came in to my Dads pub for a drink. Also saw him many a time in the town with his then girlfriend, Denise Van Outen. Also in the same area, Christopher Torvil, David Jason and tony Blair (when he stays at Chequers).

Oh, and where I work is just up the road from Ozzy Osbourne, Angelina Jolie and Vernon Kaye plus a few others. Lots of famous people live in Buckinghamshire.
