I was telling someone the other day how much I miss working out at the gym and the six classes a week I used to do until it was discovered I had wear and tear in my lower back amongst other places, and he said people who do lots of sports don't live any longer than the people that don't...I think he has a point.

I'm being very generalised before someone shouts me down :)
So maybe the sport aspect alone doesn't make much difference but other things might.
I miss doing exercise, more gym classes like dance and step, pilates etc... and swimming. Used to do loads but medical conditions aren't playing nice in that respect right now.
