Why is it that the Christian faith is ridiculed so much on AB? How come there is never anything said about Buddhism, Hinduism, the Jewish faith and Islamic faith? There are many derogatory remarks made about Jesus.

I'm unsure any faith is singled out for ridicule, but where someone desires to make a point then I guess they compare against the religion they are most familiar with. Often the same point applies to many anyway. Apart from that, much discussion is a reaction to a believer's thread and it is the OP that sets the context.

I think if you look on the R&S threads, Muslims come in for their fair share of bashing as well. I think it's because Christianity and Islam both have conversion as part of their remit, whereas the other faiths don't.

Religion is always a very emotive subject....personal choice....if you believe sufficiently then what anyone else has to say is inconsequential.....

Seriously, from time to time those other religions/faiths are mentioned, even if in 'passing' but they are mentioned.
