What about making things from odd bits lying around or donated(with a small "entrance" fee) gives them something to take away with them, maybe theme it to summer. Donated cakes for a cake stall. Roll/throw the ball into numbered hoops - highest number wins a small prize. Hope these help.
get lollypop sticks and on every tenth one dip the end of it in paint. once dry put all the sticks pointing out in the sand pit, charge 5p a go and if the child pulls out one with paint on the bottom them win something, maybe a packet of sweeties. Just get a box of the mini packs of haribo's and then you have plenty of prizes for them!
