Bash the rat, it's a bean bag type of thing that you drop through an opaque pipe and contestants have to judge when to swing their club, to hit the 'rat' and win.

lucky dip for the kiddies (a prize every time natch!)

Who can build the tallest single lego brick tower. This is a good one for the dads. Charge per entry, run it all day, a prize for the winner. The tower must be built vertically and not supported.

Clothes and toys bring and buy.

Hope this helps

What about ducks in a paddling pool. The prize corresponds to the no. on the underneath of a plastic duck that has to be hooked out of the pool.
Chocolate tombola works well with our lot! What about making things from odd bits lying around or donated(with a small "entrance" fee) gives them something to take away with them, maybe theme it to summer. Donated cakes for a cake stall. Roll/throw the ball into numbered hoops - highest number wins a small prize.  Hope these help.
get lollypop sticks and on every tenth one dip the end of it in paint.  once dry put all the sticks pointing out in the sand pit, charge 5p a go and if the child pulls out one with paint on the bottom them win something, maybe a packet of sweeties.  Just get a box of the mini packs of haribo's and then you have plenty of prizes for them!

Not trying to be a clever u know what, and it is probably a typo but when you do the posters put fayre not fayer, sorry if you knew this and just typed it wrong, it would be awful for all the mums to think you can't spell! (lol)

P.S. Go Dixieland showbar!

How about for 1 a go a guess at the lottery bonus ball. All you need is a large sheet of paper with the numbers 1-49 on. Everyone writes their name and phone number next to the number they've chosen and if it's that nights bonus ball they win 25 (the rest going to your cause).

Find someone with a big and amiable dog and let the littlies guess the weight of the dog.
