Duke Street Liverpool In The 1970S

Hello
does anyone remember a cafe/restaurant in Duke Street in the early 1970s, on the left hand side as you walked up. It stayed open quite late. it had a performance space upstairs, i think. I t was a bit of an arty place. i remember seeing Brian Jacques perform there once
