Albert De Salvo was convicted of being the Boston Strangler.

In 2001 the family of one of his victims wanted the state of Massachusets(sic) to disclose all evidence for DNA and other tests. The state refused and it was going to court. Does anyone know the outcome of this appeal? I cannot find it. It may still be in court.

Thanks Jennymac.

This stops in 2001 and is where I first started looking.

The De alvo family were in court arguing that all evidence should be subject to DNA testing, but I can't find what happened next.
