Had the dubious pleasure of visiting Watford yesterday and witnessed the shocking behaviour of some young children and their parents. Should breeding permits be introduced?

Well as I don't see shocking behaviour by young children and their parents, it must be.

I was in Watford waiting for Mrs McM while she had her hair done. I say young children (9 or 10) blatantly stealing from stalls in the shopping mall while parent looked on. Similar aged children in coffee shop swearing at each other and accompanying adult and then pouring drinks on table and floor again with no admonishment. Person a next table complained and the woman with the children replied with obscene verbal and said there were staff their who were paid to clear up.........

How do you know it was the parent looking on?

So because of two incidents what to you suggest? Forced sterilization?
doubt they'd volunteer, ummmm.
Switzerland.

I had the great pleasure of visiting Switzerland in the last couple of weeks (amazingly clean place)

I was playing Pétanque by a lake my impeccably behave English children. By the side of the lake were two Swiss children playing with the ducks.
I'm not too sure of the name of the game they were playing but it involved collecting a big pile of various sized rocks and throwing them at the ducks.
I tried my best to explain what they were doing was wrong (I failed)
Anyway after about ten minutes an old chap who I assume was the granddad appeared. I thought 'now they are in for it'
How wrong I was as the old chap sat and watched them, what was even more sad was the delight on his face when one of the little Swiss tw,ats managed to actually hit a duck

Whether you live in Watford, Barnsley Rotherham, or even Croydon you do not have a monopoly on morons. Believe it or not morons exists are all over the world.
Of course not.
**with my** ^
adults with no sense of acceptable social behaviour, result ,children who are acting like untrained pets.

The children in question walked away with adults immmm. Do, I am not proposing sterilisation or whatever......it was a rhetorical question. My point is that I witnessed behaviour that seems commonplace these days and the parents ignore it.
The trouble is, the parents don`t know any better so there is no chance for the kids.
