....and like Caran.....no mishaps......☺

I can highly recommend the RSC's production of Love's Labour's Lost...the best performance of this play I've ever seen.

Cast, music, costumes......were a delight but the stars of the show must be Simon Higlett for the fabulous set design......and Christopher Luscombe for his direction....a dream team......

Another dream team is the one in my kitchen cooking supper.....but that's another story......☺

Do see this play if you can....x

Ahhhhh....

From women's eyes this doctrine I derive:
They sparkle still the right Promethean fire;
They are the books, the arts, the academes,
That show, contain, and nourish all the world
Glad you had a lovely night - enjoy your supper toox
Lucky you gness, so glad you enjoyed your night out ...we rarely get anything of such quality here in Oz :(
I was going to ask if you understood all the big words.

But decided that would be downright rude, so I won't.......;-)
You at Stratford? Or was it RSC live?

I've heard very good reports too - sold out though :(

The language, Slappy......just bliss to sit back and wallow.....the English language in the hands of clever people like Shakespeare and Fry makes my heart sing....
There were some sweary words that some wouldn't like but my friend explained those to me.... I was okay with the biggish words but six letters or more had me flummoxed...

Seek.....do you not get live stream performances in your cinemas? I thought they went world wide now....x

RSC Live in Kettering, Dave....and heartbreaking.....cinema was maybe a sixth full if that.....and for a performance that will live with me for a long time.....

I have tickets for Love's Labour's Won next month......trailers looked great.
just as long as they don't find Love's Labours Found.... might bring back the Karyonites........ ;0)
I think it is probably much ado about nothing personally.

Only fire burning is my e-cig.....and the only cauldron....is the saucepan in the kitchen....which is bliss since I lowered it.....
I still don't cook...but I love walking round feeling tall.....☺

Shoota....you could be right....have you ever been paint-balling?...x

Question Author
Night, DT.....guess someone will bring me a glass of something soon..x
No, I have never been paintballing. Why would I?
A wightly wanton with a velvet brow,
With two pitch balls stuck in her face for eyes;
Ay, and, by heaven, one that will do the deed
Though Argus were her eunuch and her guard:
And I to sigh for her! to watch for her!
To pray for her
Glad you had a good night gness. Total different ends of the spectrum in our entertainment but alike in a lot of ways!
