Everybodys filled up there cars with petrol..most garages have run dry..so whats the point(:)

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.isnt that what the protesters want, panic buying so that they get the message across that the government takes to much tax in the first place! ? i think its mad that th e oil prices go up and down as quickly as they do, but if the gov had a flexible taxation system then they could keep the price of petrol at a reasonable rate.
That's tabloid Britain for you. I won't be filling up until I'm down to the red line, like always. Protests will do nothing anyway - like Gordon's gonna say "hmmm, you have a point - I'll cut tax, cos I can do without it!" Also, oil will never get cheaper, not until we get more dinosaurs to turn into fossil fuel.
