divorce and the csa

can anyone tell me how i can find out if my ex husband is employed or currently receiving benefits as the csa dont seem to be able (or cant be bothered) to find this out

without sounding obvious you could ask him or if that isn't practical you could follow him. if you would prefer not to do this you could instruct an enquiry agent to do it for you. it would cost about �100.

this may seem a lot but it could be money well spent.
