I think it is the observatory on Hampstead Heath
Question Author
Can anyone confirm this? What about Shooter's Hill in SE London?
The Observatory's homepage claims it to be the highest point in Liondon: http://www.hampsteadscience.org.uk/hss_obs.htm
what about Canary Wharf? I know it's not a hill, but is it higher than the observatory mentioned above?
