Silly me - didn't count the letters.
A lot of people pronounce Norwich as "Norridge", for some reason, in which case Norwich would work for number 1.

Sorry but 'Norridge is 8 letters too!!!
But Norwich is (7)!!! There's no place called 'Norridge' - mrchirpy was explaining how it can be pronounced.
