does anyone know what language this is...

Oposhtarish avel, Telegramos anel, Sar mer les, Gay na var, O va le, jiaorry, Andre pash la ray la

not sure if i have all the spellings are correct but the phonetics are...as far as i know it is an old gypsy folk song...maybe eastern european???

This is not a language it is a slang style of English which was practised by gay men mainly in the sixties.  Kenneth Williams used to demonstarate it in his stage act.  If I remember rightly it was called Pollary or similar.
