Leaving Present Ideas Please...

My cleaner is leaving next week, as she is having a baby.

She only does 2hours every 10 days, but she has been with me for 18 months, and a nice woman.

Any ideas please, about £20.00.

You don't seem to know her too well - why not just give her a high street voucher for £20? Or go mad and give her £50!

If we're only being mercenary, it depends on whether or not you'll need her services again. Only 2 hours every 10 days suggests that you live in a small living space and that she is more of a status symbol ("My cleaner") than a necessary part of your life!

Sorry I didn't mean to mislead you MissLeed, (sorry for the pun), but I dont live in a cardboard box, and my living space is also attended three times a week, by MY carers, and MY cleaner does a deep clean.

As for as a status symbol, its certainly not, unless you think that me, placing a poster in my front window saying ''My cleaner is on duty today'' is a bit OTT. :-)
