He still does his unpaid portering at the three hospitals he has always supported, and he is still in demand as a business consultant. Don't forget, under the image, this is the man who invented the concept of discos - without him - no clubbin' scene .... as it 'appens, so howzabout that then!!!

Further to my response - does anyone else thing JS is fabulous? i could kisten to him talk all day, I just adore his accent and the phrases he uses. Double Fab as it 'appens!

Legendary childhood dream fixer, Sir Jimmy Saville is still not dead according to reports today.  He did turn down �100k to appear in I Am A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! though.

He said he is too scared of the kind of creatures he is likely to come across in the jungle. "There's no way I'm crawling around the jungle with all them beasties." He announced before going on to say that that he doesn't feel he needs the exposure that I'm A Celeb would give him. "I don't have a career so there's nothing to boost"

He lives in a spacious apartment overlooking Leeds.

Still going strong. He recently took part in the Glasgow half marathon/10K (don't know which one he did). He also has a cottage next to the main road in Glencoe. Good luck to him.

His Sunday afterrnoon radio show saville's travels was fabulous, the way he didn't give the contestants the point if they got ONE word or even a spelling wrong off the actual record, especially the Slade records, and if a song had a bracket in the title, you had to 'open and close' the brackets too, what a master!
