Loose Women Plumbing New Depths

In recent times ITVs Loose Women has gotten increasingly low-grade, featuring heavily the likes of Katie Price, countless reality stars and trailer trash. Today, despite the fact that many viewers will have been eating lunch, they discussed vaginas and (separately) urinating (it's okay AB editor, those very words were used numerous times, so if it's suitable for their audience....). Are there no limits to which they won't stoop? And why are supposedly intelligent people like Jane Moore, Janet Street Porter and Ruth Langsford staying with that programme....other than for the money?

Maybe pitch for re-naming the show as Loos Women.

I'm at a complete loss as to what the non-contextual use of 'vagina' or 'urinating' would be. They are what the are.

It's a bit like Jeremy Kyle and Judge Rinder- you either love it or you hate it- personally not generally my cup of tea but I can't see anything wrong with discussing vaginas at any time of day, they do exist and their mystique as something of legend that you don't discuss in 'nice' company ought to be dealt with. Not discussing your own anatomy leads to countless deaths every year from women and men too afraid to go to their Dr when something seems amiss, the more we can do to make discussing our bits normal the less this will happen. don't die of embarrassment as they say :/

Perhaps there should be an equivalent show for blokes to discuss things that they normally would talk about down the pub. Might be quite entertaining, although I should I should imagine that some of the subjects and opinions would cause the perpetually offended to have palpitations.
