I might consider asking one of the scullery undermaids to nip over to the USA and buy ticket for me. (I think that I've got one of the Learjets free at the moment that she could borrow). But, for such a piffling amount, it doesn't really seem to be worth the effort, does it?

Exactly AL, I have so many ideas for how that could help people, I certainly wouldn't spend it myself, I live surprisingly cheaply and it galls me the amount some people spend on nonsense, I just can't understand it, but it's their money so up to them x

TBH, I don't think I'd ever want to win that much money. It's almost immoral to possess that much.
A million would be fine.

My first shopping trip would be at least a couple of Air Ambulances, including wages forever for the crew. A load of cash for various animal charities ( def not the RSPCS though) and riding for the disabled. I have got used to living cheaply and to be honest even with that amount of money I would not spend huge amounts on handbags and designer clothes ( well maybe shoes and perfume though as these are my guilty secret) . My indulgence would be a house on the Amalfi Coast, a lodge in Banff, Alberta, a ranch in Montana, a yacht in Ibiza, a racehorse stud in Maison Lafitte and a small pied a terre off of the Boulevard St. Michel. As I say, easily pleased me lol ;-)

A lot of the time people who win vast amounts of money start up a business which is interesting because if they had any business acumen,they would already have a successful business. Hence, they *** the money up against a wall and end up going bust which is a complete waste.
