Beards are very fashionable at the mo.

I like them as long as they're kept tidy, Michael Le Vell's is so scruffy he looks like a tramp.

I grew one about 25 years ago. Full George V look, it was. But itchy as hell.

Personally I don't like beards on men in general but what I think is really ridiculous looking is the bald men with beards, both stubbly and long flowing.
Why?

Never thought Graham Norton looked good with his. It aged him.

It does age people drastically sometimes. I've seen photos of my partner from five years ago without a beard and he looks about 30 on them whereas now he's very much more looking like his real age.
