Chief Constable Cleveland Police
When he was Chief Constable of Wiltshire Police Mike Veale wasted no end of money in an entirely spurious investigation into the private life of the late Edward Heath.Now he has come out and said that his force doesn't have enough money to provide the services for the general public in the Cleveland area.If he gets more money for the force, goodness knows what he would do with it.

erm well there was this disastrous period where if someone made sexual allegations - they were believed. ( now it is 'taken seriously') - and the lucky perp ( of which I was one) is asked to refute ....
and if the perp is dead - well that's easy innit ?
In heaths case - the so called victim - his psychiatrist rang up the police latterly and told them he was a known inveterate liar.
