Hi there, I heard about the horrific accident in which Jean-Philippe took a terrible fall. He worked on Hell's Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay as Maitre d'. He also worked as head waiter at Petrus in Mayfair. Mine is a genuine concern for his wellbeing.
