fitted a new front door about a year ago. This morning when I came home from work I couldn't get the key in - fortunately I have a back gate/french doors that I can in through. I rang them immediately they opened at 9 am and was told I was number nineteen in the queue. Fortunately it only took about half an hour on hold before someone answered. He said he was working from home and would pass my complaint to someone who could deal with it. Said colleague rang me a few hours later, and again said she was working from home and would pass it on to an engineer and let me know. Good to her word she did let me know - but the first available appointment is 14th July! I told her it was not good enough but she more or less said there was nothing they could do and as I could get in and out of the back doors I would have to wait. I was not impressed, and she has promised me she will try to contact an engineer and report it as urgent. I won't be holding my breath!
