morning, Wednesday, midweek already, i hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one, i am posting much earlier than normal as i can't get back to sleep, so if anyone is awake at this hour please keep me company. Do you have anything planned for today?

no early or late risers this morning, oh well i have my coffee on and will watch the Olympics for a while.

anyone watching the Olympics like me, the ice hockey with US and Slovakia was frenetic, with US leading, look forward to watching the rest.

Morning for a tiny while. Still in hospital - just had my oral morphine from nurse. And kindly brought a cup of tea. V lonely at this hour. Too much time to think,

Morning Emmie/1ozzy. No further forward - still in same situation painwise, just a daily juggling/adjustment game with trying to find best pain relief at moment.

Ohhhh you’ve missed the main post last Monday - I had a bad fall at home and I’ve fractured my spine in 2 places : (
And it helps a tad, but not for long at all.

gosh smow, i didn't realise it was bad, hopefully the meds help a little.

I don’t do thinks by halves do I. And tbh I’ve been on a combo of IV paracetamol, liquid morphine, tablet morphine, codeine & paracetamol, and apart from feeling slightly less pain for bout half her at certain med times they aren’t making nearly as much difference as I’d hoped. Will just keep persevering.

how long are you due to be in hospital smow...

i am in pain, due to a tear in my knee. Its been months but am due to talk with the Musculo /skeletal clinician on the 25th to see what can be done. I can sympathise with you totally over pain meds....

Emmie they are just taking it a day at a time, But said I can’t go anywhere till pain is u dear control and that I can somehow get about with the body brace.
And yours sounds so painful.

is the body brace helping, how long will you have to wear it?
