How Do I make the Bloke in the Gym Know I Realy Like Him?

This sounds silly but is a major problem.

We keep making eye contact and smiling but he could have a girlfriend for all I know.

I can't stop thinking about this person and must find a way of letting him know I like him.

Also, can I be sure he likes me?

If not, then you probably shouldn't just jump on him. Start by just saying Hi next time you make eye contact. That might encourage him to make the first move. If not, try asking him to sit down over a coffee, or whatever the post-gym routine is there, and chatting. You already have something in common - the gym - so maybe you could start by talking about working out... After that, it's up to you... but don't sound too eager, and try to judge how eagerly he's responding.

Just start a normal friendly conversation with him, take it slowly and build a friendship before deciding if you want to take things further.
