Does this surprise anyone? It surprised me - him always being up for a battle - but having listened to him yesterday I think he's not only lost the plot - I think he's scared.

he is the same nasty old man he was ten years ago. paranoid and deranged. the majority of americans have never voted for him and it is a disgrace that such a creature was ever made president. i truly hope the USA can put this horrible and embarrassing episode in their history behind them and ditch this creep once and for all.
Trump was referencing Kamala Harris’s response to a 2019 ACLU questionnaire about rights for incarcerated people.
The question asked: “As President will you use your executive authority to ensure that transgender and nonbinary people who rely on the state for medical care—including those in prison and immigration detention—will have access to comprehensive treatment associated with gender transition, including all necessary surgical care? If yes, how will you do so?”
Harris’s response was yes, along with the following explanation: “It is important that transgender individuals who rely on the state for care receive the treatment they need, which includes access to treatment associated with gender transition. That’s why, as Attorney General, I pushed the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to provide gender transition surgery to state inmates. I support policies ensuring that federal prisoners and detainees are able to obtain medically necessary care for gender transition, including surgical care, while incarcerated or detained. Transition treatment is a medical necessity, and I will direct all federal agencies responsible for providing essential medical care to deliver transition treatment.”
Good move which I suspect was driven by others not him.
Harris has no policies, has failed miserably on the border issues (and still not been there) and that is the way to fight it. Sadly Trump (apart from being far to old IMHO) just cant keep his gob shut.
For this election I suspect for many floaters it will be the lesser of two eveils or we may see a whole bunch stay at home.
Be interesting to see the Postal vote this time round.
I saw a post after the debate which said "Poor Canada must think they are living above a meth lab", which made me laugh.
Unfortunately, Trump is not giving a good account of himself and he does not sound all that "together". Harris might not have all the policies set out, but she came across well (in the selective bits I saw).
The twitterfest of cat and dog jokes has been fun though but I will be glad when this is over.
