Will Trump be fighting North Korea, China and Russia off all on his own when they turn on him, and they will when they are satisfied we've become very weak. Will Trump be calling for help?

no

Of course not. He will be making great chums with them all, and agreeing what each can do and how to blame the targets of their ambitions.

I see his point, the US is paying for the defence of most of NATO. The other NATO countries should be spending 5% gdp on defence, pronto. It's like having a mate that tags along to the pub and hardly ever buys a round. I can understand Trump's frustration with Europe.

This is what the dictators club is aiming for I think.

Trump fans will be pleased to see that the British Isles is part of Oceania, although I'm not sure that's going to be any better than the other options.

Your question warrants a one word answer. If that's all you seem prepared to allow then my response is "no".

However, your question deserves a bit more of a debate than that.

"I see his point, the US is paying for the defence of most of NATO."

this is a situation that the USA deliberately engineered in order to generate further profit for their armaments industry.

Trump is unlikely to be fighting off russia or north korea.

china is more plausible given the USA's present interest in taiwan. both trump and biden have been more aggressive with china. should that happen then he will expect support from the UK, canada, west europe etc yes.

nicebloke: "Thats not anything to do with the question I've put forward.^^" - it's everything to do with it, why do think Trump is angry with NATO? Gawd elp us, do try and think occasionally.

10:48 "this is a situation that the USA deliberately engineered in order to generate further profit for their armaments industry. " - you persist with this fantasy. No engineering necessary. Europe chose to pay less for defence anfd up to now US has tolerated it. That's all there is me old china.

The American people voted for 'America First' and thats what they're getting.  Not sure how Biden's pouring billions of dollars into an endless war of attrition solved anything.

I remember some American politician saying during the Vietnam War that they were better fighting their enemies there than on the shores of the USA.

In a time of growing political uncertainty it seems crazy to disrespect your friends and cosy up to potential enemies.

the USA has actively intervened in european politics in order to foster a dependence on its armaments industry toratoratora. it goes all the way back to the 1940s.
