He will be out in four or five weeks, hopefully he'll take it as annual leave 

I now realise he has been suspended and has been collecting his salary for doing nowt for some time, and will continue to do so on his release.

Being found guilty in court should trigger an automatic suspension from the HoC which will stop his pay

Don't see why not, over 7500 prisoners have outside jobs such as driving lorries.  Signing bits of paper shouldn't be a problem.

Not only would I loose my wages but also my securuty clearance, NPPV3 and job!

This is what is fundamentlly wrong with the system here.  If you go to jailfor whatever peiod of time then loose your seat.
