Can anyone tell me which part of England regions are prone to flooding?

Worcester - the River Severn
the Thames used to flood in London, until the barrier was built. But the south east is gradually sinking lower (and north-west Scotland lifting up), so a new one may be needed.
The Environment Agency have a site that shows these areas on a map. Sorry I don't have the link to hand, but it should be easy to find.
Anywhere on a river's flood plain. Usually these aren't built on, but in this day and age where housing is so expensive, many new houses are being built in areas they shouldn't be.
