Felix Howard

Who was / is Felix Howard? His picture was on the cover of Face magazine in the 1980s (as a young boy wearing a silly hat). Nothing much on Google I'm afraid. Why was he famous then? What's he doing now? Who was he?

he was the young lad in the Madonna video back in the late 80s

He had a very short-lived career as a TV presenter on Chanel 4's The Tube in the 1980's. Even by The Tube's incredibly low standards of professionalism, he was too awful to be allowed to continue, having babbled nonsense at a patient, and bemused Paul McCartney. No matter how 'cute' he may have been, thirteen-year-old boys do not make good music presenters. Nothing seems to have happened to him lately.

Yes , The tube thing was v. embarassing!
Last time i heard (mid 90s) he was still trying modelling, he did some music in the early 90's whilst modelling but he didnt retain his good looks and his music wasnt very succesful.
It must be over 10 years since ive have heard of him.
I think he was discovered by ray petri who is credited with starting 'the buffalo look' - nick kamen was another 'buffalo'- all bomber jackets, doc martins and pretty boys.
Probably delivering pizzas or something (i doubt it though he was pretty posh).

He's a guitarist and songwriter/producer for EMI with evidence of his work found on albums by such artists as Kylie Minogue, The Sugababes, Amy Winehouse and Ms. Dynamite amongst others.
