hmm...is Wednesbury that bad ??

I think the nearest railway stn. may be Sandwell & Dudley.

no

Wednesbury has a Midland Metro station, but the nearest railway station is Bescot.

The Midland Metro runs from Birmingham to Wolverhampton via West Bromwich.

It is also a dump!

Alfie-why the hell do you want to go there?

searchme-non of your bloody business !

As mightywba says, the answer is yes - two in fact. The Midland Metro is a light railway built in part on the tracks of the former GWR route from Birmingham Snow Hill to Wolverhampton. It's got a far more frequent service than it ever had as a 'heavy' rail station.

Wednesbury Great Western Street and Wednesbury Parkway are the two stations now served

Last week it was Walsall or somewhere near, are you a covert train spotter Alfie?
