You may hear conflicting stories though. One neighbour told me that a Police Inspector who used to live in our house, also died in it. Another neighbour told me he went into hospital & died there, so we'll never really know.
That is very spooky 10CS & I don't blame you daughter for wanting to move!
My husband & I have got our two youngest Granddaughters (3 & 6) overnight & have not long come back from a long walk in the dark with them, which they both found very exciting!. We took them in & around the local Church gardens - both had torches in their hands. They were fine until the eldest one realised there were lots of people buried under the very old graves, but we reassured her that the dead can't hurt you, only the living can!
I thought back to this thread & I hope that is the case!
They're both tucked up in bed soundo now, so all is well.
Does it matter? One of the few things that we all have in common is that we all end up dead. We attach many meanings to death, whether it be from a religious point of view or from watching too many late night horror movies, or whatever, but the truth still remains, everything that lives eventually dies.
As dzug says, virtually all houses have seen death. There's nothing odd about it, except that thinking makes it so. Sleep well, and don't have nightmares.
