If he is brass-necked enough to drink and scoff the lot, rise above it - it's hardly worth getting into a state over it.
going to sound abit callous here, big deal its hardly something to drool over, if your that wound up over it just ask him.
How long has he had the goodies, he might of forgot etc, as if he wanted them for himself he would'nt have them on show, sorry if you think i'm sounding of but its hardly something to go mad over.
I used to work for a total cheapskate boss, and at Christmas time we'd receive many gift baskets addressed to all of us (only two of us other than the boss), but he never shared; in fact, he'd remove the gift card and then re-gift the basket to a client.
So, in your case, since he is "the boss," I'd say if he was going to share, he'd do it on his own. Otherwise, you're out of luck.
