l?Cat=. You will need to register before you can post a question but there are different messageboards where you can post questions about various countries. There are a couple of jokers but there are also some people who will be more then happy to help. I think the various international governments are discouraging their citizens from travelling to India at the moment but there's no harm in planning ahead.
