In the latest film version of P&P there's a scene where Keira Knightley is standing on a side of a hill, in what I assume to be the Derbyshire Dales/Peak District. Can anyone give me a precise location and is it accessible by road?

there's a feature on film locations (including P&Ps main one) in one of the tabloids today - I think it's the Daily Mail.

I think they used Chatsworth House in Derbyshire,about 30 minutes from where I live.It's absolutely beautiful.If you get the chance to visit,take it.I think you're in the US?Google under Chatsworth.It's the home of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire.Hope that helps Stu?

Thanks guys, but still haven't got the answer I was looking for. I am aware that Chatsworth was used as Darcy's house but there's a scene just before where KK is standing on a rock overlooking the Peak District, just wondering where exactly that viewpoint is? By the way robertson we don't get the Daily Mail over here!!!

They explained in the" extra stuff" section where the locations were, I know they covered this : but can not remember and as it was a hire cannot re-check ,,, if you have the film on dvd you could peruse yourself.
