How do i find out if my hospital trust is supplying all the treatments that i might need in the future. What ratings they have for cleanthiness. and where they stand in the MRSA fight. I understand that there is a registry for this. Where can i find it.

Use your preferred method of searching to locate the relevant hospital(s). When you get to the web-page for a particular hospital, click on the words 'Star Rating' on the right-hand side. This will bring up the information you require.
