Im welsh and live in Cardiff. In the valley area's "Innit" had been used for many a long year. Its not out of ignorance just a shortening of the words " Is'nt it?". It comes with the dialect as in." I went to the shop and it was crowded look now innit" Different areas have different ways of saying things but these "Streeter's" are just pure nitwits and ignorant to say the least...fink,fort,u is, everyfink...aarrgghhh.
