Bandyanna

Was there ever a character in a childrens programme with this name? I am sure I haven't made it up, but so far I haven't found any evidence of a Bandyanna anywhere.

I recently named my dog Bandyanna, because she runs like her legs are made from rubber bands and this question is really bugging me.
