A couple of months ago a white european couple said that they were a million percent sure that one of the children seen in a photograph in Thailand was their child they had presumed dead. They saw the photograph of children rescued (and then relocated with their families or adopted). The Thai authorities were trying to locate the child and the rescuers (to see if they could remember the child). What was the outcome.
