hi, If it's information in the public domain then yes he can unfortuneately for you. Births marriages and deaths, wills etc are all resoanably public property, unless he is ex directory so is his phone number.None of what you describe sounds as if he's actually broken any laws, but he's certainly been not terribly sympathetic if you want the info taken down.Try asking again nicely and see where you get with him, but really if you are unhappy he should morally remove it. I think the only time you have a legal footing though is if he posts something defamatory or potentially dangerous ( like you work at Huntington Life Sciences, where a pack of rabid animal rights activists might threaten your safety). If he works at Woolies I think you're stuck to be honest.
