Have you got filters on absolutely everything plugged into the phone nework in your place? Sky boxes, faxes, extension ringers, the works? Is the computers modem still plugged into the wall without a filter? Is the filter on your extension at the begining rather than the end? If so, then I suggest going though everything methodically by disconnecting everything but the ADSL and 1 phone. If it still gets disconnected, use one of the new filters with the old phone, then swap out the old phone for the new one.

Sorry I can't be of more help, these problems are usually caused by dodgy filters or something obscure being connected up unfiltered.
