I know we can't get an exact date because it's when Tony Blair decides. Is it 2007 or 2008?

There is a maximum period of 5 years between general elections. Since the last one was in 2005, the latest the next one can be is 2010.

The exact date of the last one was 05/05/2005. And I doubt very much if His Toniness will be deciding the date of the next one!
